Each piece is made to order and is considered final sale. Please be sure of your selections before you order. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you need anymore information about a piece, please don't hesitate to make contact. If there is some defect or sizing error on our part, please notify us immediately upon receipt. The item can be returned for adjustment or repair with no additional cost to the buyer including shipping.
Return or repair services are only eligible for items purchased through the online store. If you purchased a piece through a retailer, please make contact with them regarding any Return/ Repair/ Exchange policies they may have.
Unless an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the repair.

RETURN FOR REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
When making contact about a repair please type "Repair" in the subject line. In the email, please provide a brief explanation and any photos if applicable. If own a macro lens for your smart phone, these kinds of up close images can help.
After receiving a confirmation email, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of confirmation, with forwarded tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org
Items must be returned shipped in a box. If shipped in a padded envelope or wrapped paper the item is vulnerable to further damage. In this event, we are not responsible for damage to to items sent in with improper packaging.
Return shipping must be made by a mail carrier such as Fed ex, UPS, or USPS with tracking information forwarded to email@example.com
All shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is determined as an error on our part.
