All orders are shipped for free within the U.S. via USPS or Fed Ex. Each piece is sent with insurance and will require a signature upon arrival.
Free shipping typically can take 2-3 business days in addition to listed production times. Fedex cannot ship pieces to a P.O. box address. If your post office has "street addressing service" in which your PO box has an alternative address, items can be shipped there.
If your shipping needs to be expedited, we offer Fed Ex overnight shipping for $55.00 within the U.S. Shipping times are in addition to the 4-5 week timeline to craft your piece. Unless it is an in stock or rush item. If you need the piece by certain date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering to see if we can accommodate your rush request.
Once your piece is complete and processed for shipping, you will receive tracking information to the email address associated with the order.

All custom forms will be filled out will be accurate in describing value of the item.
